Our internal application, ClaimSight, enables the highest degree of customer interaction while making pertinent and up to date information available to parties involved in a claim. Insurance professionals are provided with secure credentials to our application, enabling them to initiate, track, and report on placement.  Once logged on, a number of generic reports are available for on-demand needs. With Claimsight, you can request housing, request an extension, give notice and register a property.

ClaimSight is a web based tool, developed by IHS and is provided to our customers at no charge.

This tool will allow you, as a customer, to:

Initiate assignments 7x24
Track progress or view updates on an existing assignments
View placement reports
Request an extension, give notice and register a property.

When you enter a request for service, an assignment number is generated. As updates are posted to your assignment, you will receive updates via email. At any time, you may add notes, or requests to an existing assignment. Your initial assignment is immediately triaged by a dedicated IHS Staff Member who will determine which IHS Housing Coordinator is designated to your account and transfer the assignment appropriately.

Your assignments are constantly monitored for trends by category, duration of inactivity etc. These metrics help us to resolve issues quickly.
