	Mae Squier President Mae Squier is the President and Owner of Independent Housing Solutions. After a successful 30 year career in the technology industry, Mae was looking to partner with a high-potential service organization to leverage her sales, operations and management experience – and with IHS, Mae found a perfect match. With a strong and loyal customer base and a team of skilled and compassionate employees, IHS has a rich history of going above and beyond to satisfy the needs of Insurance Adjusters and Policyholders alike. Mae has previously served in roles as President, Chief Operating Officer, and Founder, with both start-up companies and larger enterprises. At IHS, she firmly believes that by providing unparalleled service and peace of mind to its stakeholders in their time of crisis, that the company can “do well by doing good”. Mae lives in upstate NY with her husband, and when not at work, you can find her in the gym, on the golf course, or enjoying time with friends and family.

Patty Hops, Vice-President of Operations

	Patty Hops Vice-President of Operations Patty Hops is a seasoned insurance housing professional with over 15 years of industry experience. She is truly an integral part of the development and growth of I.H.S Housing.  Prior to joining I.H.S, Patty had a career spanning 7 years with CRS Temporary Housing.  Her numerous roles included managing the operations for the west coast region, as well as the hiring and training of quality team members. In 2003, Patty joined I.H.S and relocated from San Diego, CA.  Her role at I.H.S is managing the national operations; overseeing client relations, program development, customer service and quality control. Patty’s unwavering commitment, passion for the business and for building quality relationships with customers is the cornerstone of her success. Patty lives in Victor, NY, with husband Rob and their three children.  She enjoys reading, going to the gym, and visiting her family in Scottsdale, AZ.
